TR looking for guild

I am a trickster rogue with about 8k gs I am interested in the end game pve and it's very difficult to get into groups for the dungeons without already having a group I'm often times getting into a dungeon after a 30-40 minute queue wait only to be kicked by the party leader it makes it very difficult to improve gs or overall skill in the dungeons so I need a guild who is constantly running the dungeons and is willing to teach me to become better at each individual dungeon and in the game overall.
