What enchantments to stack for a Control Wizard?

I am a renegade wizard. I don't focus on DPS too much, all I focus on is to get Arcane Singularity and keep all the adds busy.

I know there are diminishing returns but what stats/enchants do you guys recommend?

    Recovery starts with DR severely @ 2700-2900, so anything beyond 3k would be an overkill.
