Launcher Issues

I have tried since 6:30 am to log in and the launcher freezes up. Any suggestions?

    I've been having the same issue, ever since the last patch. I'm about to give up on the game completely, I'm so tired of this, and of the stupid support page not working, so there's no good way to contact anyone to try to get it fixed. (This has been happening for me, off and on, since the start of Open Beta.)

    Was playing the game fine last night. Today click on launcher and nothing. Same thing with Star Trek so I know its at the server side. Put in a ticket but you know how that goes.

    I am having a similar issue. The initial log-in screen will not display. I can see it in my taskbar, but it will not show up on screen. The game was working correctly last night.
    I have tried letting Windows try and fix the issue, I have tried launching as Administrator and neither have worked so far..
