Launcher problem....again!

Hey guys im experiencing another launcher problem
After the update when i try to start the game the launcher doesn't show up.It just sits in the start menu bar and nothing.I tryed to replace it with the .exe file that was posted in the other threat but still nothing.Before the patch i didnt had that problem...Can anyone tell me why is this happening

    I am having exactly the same problem. started today after latest patch.

    I had exactly this, had to log in by using Windows 7 live application preview to type in my password and then hit 'Enter' at the Play screen. Launching neverwinter.exe directly was no use.

    problems here too sice a cpl hours...the launcher just sits in the tray and launching the gameclient directly it hangs on "connecting to login server"

    Same problem, it occured after a crash, reinstalled game (5GB) played for 15 minutes, got another crash and the bug again. Would be nice if it would be fixed ASAP becasue you know, EVENT!

    I tryed to launch it with Run as...it now shows the launcher properly but when typing the account and pass the login button doesnt work....

    the launcher just sits in the tray , no way i could log in and play :(

    This just started for me about 30 minutes ago, very annoying considering the event this weekend was going to get my gear enchanted.

    Not happy at all...

    This started for me yesterday. I was able to get around it until this morning, now im getting hung up on "Connecting..." also. Ive reported this with no response at all yet.

    I really wish we could get some help here from the people who made this game. It's extremely annoying...

    Hey guys, when the launcher doesn't show up, open task manager, then right click Neverwinter->Maximize. It will take the window fullscreen but next time it will run normally. :)

    OMG THANK YOU!!!!!!!! It works. It is now patching (I can't tell you how many times I uninstalled and reinstalled the game... *headdesk*)

    I am looking forward to being able to play again in a couple of hours... *belladoria is as happy as she can possibly be after an afternoon of despair, and gives joehungary2013 a BIG HUG!!!*

    This might also work as a temporary workaround while we get it fixed (thanks uglyjimmy!):

    1. Start Neverwinter
    2. Start Task manager
    3. Applications tab
    4. Right click on Neverwinter and press Minimize
    5. Right click again and press Maximize
    (Now launcher is there but Maximized over everything)
    6. Escape to close launcher
    7. Start Neverwinter and there is your launcher again, visible and in normal size.

    That fixes on of the problems, which is great. My recurring issue is getting a white "Loading. Please Wait." that never seems to finish loading.
