Bag of Holes + tailoring

Can we take say, 10 Bag of Holes and have it added as a component for a tailoring recipe to make a runestone bag (only holds enchants, say, 5 or 10 slots)? That way the tailored bag wouldn't compete vs. the store bags, it'd be a cool thing players could make, and poor new saps would actually get something when they buy the things off the AH (my wife listed a few and found they got snapped right up, until I told her she was basically scamming people because they weren't good for anything).

Oh, while we're on the subject, can we make the Robe of Useless items and the Caturday Cloak into clothing and not gear?

    I'm fairly sure the bag of holes and the robe are cursed items, and thus can't be fixed by mundane means.
