Black Screenshot

I can't seem to take a screenshot that isn't just an all black image. Looking around I'm seeing other people are having this problem, but clearly many people aren't. I can't find consensus at all on why this is happening for some people. Is there something specific I should be looking at with my settings or perhaps even something else? Was pretty excited to use the demo_record to take awesome screens but I can't even use Print Screen to take one without only getting a giant black rectangle.

I can still play the game, but am kind of deflated a little bit now because of a feature I was excited about but can't use. :)

    I am having the same problem.
    I am getting jealous because my girl is taking screenshots left and right but I cannot.
    The only x factor I can think of is I have 2 monitors and she only has 1.
