the patch was a disaster from the player perspective
You dont give any specifics, your feedback is useless without specifics.
Let me help.
Right now my issue with the game is the lack of content to consume.
Only 2 pvp maps with 1 pvp mode.(that will change with the Gauntylgrym update, although I still find it lacking)
Only 5 of the 37 potential classes, with so few playstyles available...gameplay can get boring.
Dungeons arent challenging. Right now its all about managing HP and DPS. It gets boring >>, dungeons really need some new mechanics thrown into dungeons.
Professions....its more like a "stay busy" minigame. But its worth queuing stuff up. I'd like to see professions play a larger role in gameplay. Such as secret paths with unique bosses(and bosses with difficult to overcome mechanics, not just ADD SPAM) ex: Someone with lvl 10 leadership can command a few NPCs to help your team lift a stone pillar, clearing a once inaccessible path.
Traps are pointless. Super pointless. Give some bonus for disarming traps, make traps deal more damage and cause debuffs (bleeding, decreased defenses, enemies gain combat advantage) AND HOW ABOUT LETTING ME DISARM TRAPS DURING FIGHTS. Pits are the only thing to look out for, and you really need to be zoning out to miss them.
Puzzles, I haven't ran into that many in game....again I want a challenge. Something randomized that can't be googled as well. Problem solving is fun.
Exploration! I feel like the game is constantly holding my hand from location to location. The game lacks places to explore! Lets expand upon existing map, give them some replay-ability. The recent change to protectors enclave got rid of loads of fun exploration with invisible walls. Flesh out maps and allow for exploration, perhaps have some unique spawn areas. (Like you explore really deep into Ebon Downs and you find a Necromancer raising hordes of zombies: so you come across this large spawn of weak monsters...it would be like an easy farming spot that requires some platforming to get to) Skill nodes deep into maps would also be appreciated. TLDR: expand maps, expand benefits for exploration, add puzzles/platforming
I really love the game, it has so much potential! But it does have quite a few areas where it is lacking. I am enjoying the foundry though! Looking forward to the expanded features in the foundry!
How exactly was it a disaster? I dont see anything wrong with it besides very minor things.
level 60 PvP is a disaster now, worse I've ever seen it, classes aren't balanced at all and that became quite obvious, it just seems like the patch tossed the game back into the dark ages at least if you are a cleric

Look at the races, the tiefling gets +5% damage and -5% to other's damage, what does the wood elf get 1% critical???? The half-elf isn't much different, but hey that +1% gold is sure a great bonus for picking it. 5% defense would cost a cleric 5 points in their tree line, 10% would be 10 points. The races are very unbalanced in what they give, the base stats such as intelligence and charisma is absolutely unbalanced. All points intelligence gives clerics is a 1% faster recovery rate, while charisma gives that plus a lot of other things. Equipment sets between the characters are very unbalanced... control wizards for example have a set that steals defense from any that the control wizard uses an encounter spell upon, the cleric's set on the other hand has a 15% chance to give a 4 second stat increase every 45 seconds, lol... In the third cleric tree line if you spend 5 points in flame strike which picks up and drops others you can get a whopping 0.5 second stun, relative to 4 to 20 seconds stuns or whatever everyone else seems to have. PvP is very unbalanced at level 60, clerics are merely fodder there but after the patch its been a one team onslaught where after initial fight everyone jumps into the respawn area and simply mass butchers those that die and restore. There is so much wrong in level 60 PvP now that PvP wait times have gone from virtually none to you better set away some time and wait. This game needs to look at the skills, the races, character stats, and all of that and make them somewhat balanced before this game should ever think about going out of beta. Right now its a balance nightmare and the last patch went from minor tweaks needed to good luck in ever balancing things out now.

Alright. I can agree some racial bonus's seem wack. As well as item sets. I encourage you to specifically cite each item set/combination of racial bonus's and request they be changed.

As a cleric main myself I can't agree with you. While healing output in PvP is more reactive now(astral seal buffed), damage of TRs seem to be lower, which I find awesome. In PvE its no problem as well, at least so far, team just needs to move out of bad things often and use pots sometimes, clerics always used them, so nothing wrong here as well.
The "dark ages" as you call them will get over the crappy clerics who can't do anything except throwing AS, good clerics heal just as well as before and don't need to worry about 1000 adds chasing them now.

Someone forgot how to D&D...
My quest was deleted in July of 2013. There were no issues, it had not violated any rules. Was deemed a bug. That quest is still missing.

no one's realized it yet, but there is one reason this game will soon be unplayable, and every single person with more than 3 brain cells is going to ragequit
they thought removing kicking has solved the "kick right at the end" troll that people liked to do so much to prevent them from getting rewards.....................................so they removed the old stay on map trick to prevent it. except apparently, cryptic neither thinks nor pays attention, cuz people do the same thing in dungeon runs. boss dead? time to kick everyone else out and take all the loot for themselves. don't even give them a chance to get their personal delve chest
it's only a matter of time before the trolls realize this. have fun. I've already ragequit over the removal of roofdwelling

Yeah, if you are in a random and you are not group lead, try to be on top of the chest when the boss dies to get your delve reward. This has been going on for awhile.

not good enough. the adds are likely still around, and being in combat prevents you from opening the chest. the quickest way to get the chest is for the party to die and wait for the mobs to despawn...and that's still way plenty of time for the troll to kick everyone
Um... this is the company that can't even get achievements and the titles they grant to work correctly. Expecting them to have any semblance of balance is just laughable.
Rock: Paper is just out of control. I roll down hill five feet and I'm smothered!
Paper: Please fix Scissors - they are WAY too sharp, they shred me to ribbons!
Scissors: OMG Rock is so freakin' brutal it's insane. One hit and I'm totally dead.

Disaster? Maybe in your perspective, not mine. For me, this is by far the best patch for NW especially the balancing they did for GWF.
