I bought some Zen, and you double charged me! I tried doing this right way but your support page to submit a ticket wont load! Oh there is no phone number to deal with this issue either. You are messing with my money and bills!!!! Seriously there is no in game support, it refers you to a website (which wont load). Is this your plan just to milk and take peoples money as much as possible and just hope they go away in frustration?

    They were informed about the page problem over a month ago, both in here and the official PW tech support forums. They suggested cleaning cache, allowing it as an exception in any firewall etc settings, trying a different browser, sacrificing a goat to the almighty Boy George, spinning around in a circle wearing only a tutu while singing "I'm a little teapot", and various other solutions. For me, none of it worked, and this was also reported countless times. It seems that it's an incredibly difficult thing to do, linking one page to another, if only it actually was ..

    I don't think anyone is going to act surprised by your experience, which is sad in itself. All you can do is try and pursue it, but don't hold your breath. They claimed that tickets were delayed in being responded to (this includes direct emails to customer support), and often cited 5-8 working days .. this was a lie. Some responses took weeks, and often resulted in closed tickets with no resolution. All you can do is be persistent, and pray you don't get one of the brainless drones who reads a sentence and files it under "solved".

    I wish the experience was different, but as someone who's still waiting for the resolution of an issue that was first reported on the 2nd of May I have my doubts. Some may say this is QQ .. and frankly they can stfu when real money is concerned.

    Well I would say if I was having issues loading other pages, it might be on my end. Considering that's the ONLY page, even on their site, that wont load, it has to be on their end. I think it is rather horrible they are willing to take peoples money freely, but don't want to deal with screw ups. I bet you they will do like other companies, blow you off until you leave frustrated.

    I've never had any problems buying Zen.

    I'm not saying there isn't an issue. But, it does appear that is affecting some people and not others. Time to look for a different common denominator besides the billing system.

    @kabothoriginal

    Yup .. I know how you feel. I just wanted to post my support for your situation, as someone who's in the same boat pretty much. It's a joke .. they should be embarrassed by it tbh.

    I just think if you are going to take peoples money, they should dad gum have a customer PHONE line to get the rectified. They are seriously bending me over right now on my bills, and yes I get it, they don't really care.

    Yup- been waiting since open beta started myself on a ticket- can't get through to phones, only get automated responses continuing to ask me if I still want my billing issue solved.

    Think it's time to get the bank to deal with it, since Cryptic clearly doesn't want to provide anyone with support.

    I tried accessing support for 3 days back when they scammed me out of the 15% zen bonus on prepaid cards. I finally just gave up and haven't bought zen since. My advice to the OP is take it to your bank and have them reverse the charge stating you can not reach the merchant for resolution.

    Should the OP do this, there is an auto-ban feature that takes effect, banning him from all PWE games.
    Sure, the ban can likely be removed, but it will take a while.

    OP: contact customerservice@perfectworld.com
    Include transaction #s etc...

    Other than that, post in the Zen & Billing Sub-Forum under the Technical Support Forum.
