still celestial coins bug

can`t spend them now on 4 out of 9 chars, it`s just not working, even if i raise an altar myself. which was the solution once before on a char, but not working.
they`re all 7/7 coins, but items are greyed out. and can`t buy. shows that i don`t have enough celestial coins.

    same for the ardent coins. not working, 4 chars. can i order the 7 point thingy from celestial coins on all my chars who still have 7/7 on them ? go ahead access my account to do it hehe.
    just remove a green or something if not enough bag space haha, they re low levels so doesn`t matter.
    i`m too tired to do it.i`m in bed the next 10 hours, so you may go have a look what`s wrong in it ;p

    nvm, it was just bags being full greying things out, but ok. confusing if it says not enough celestial coins, if it `s only that.

    I have this problem also.

    2 of my characters have 7 Cleestial coins and 18 Ardent coins, neither of them can spend either coin type. When i go to spend them everything is greyed out & I cant purchase anything despite the fact the store page recognises I have 7/7.... Both these characters have spent celestial coins before.

    My third character who has not spent any celestial coins yet can make a purchase if he wants to.

    PS: my bags are not full so.....

    I have this exact problem on my control wizard. Was just trying to find my post about it. I put in a ticket about it and it told me to check the support site, well I can't access that while logged in either.

    I am having the same problem. I cannot spend celestial coins (7/7) ....

    Figured it out .... inventory was full. I suggest putting a message in the "coin store" showing why the options are grayed out so the user knows what's up.
