Short Code:NW-DGNBAX3RD Mission Type: Story/Retrieval/Combat Average Duration:20 minutes Amount of Combat:moderate to high Starts at:World map located in the city of Neverwinter to the south west. Location marker name is "A Cry Unanswered".
Mission Summary:Walking through the Enclave you hear what sounds like a child's scream. You look around, and notice that everyone around you either didn't hear the scream, or just doesn't care. You cut your way through a side alley, and come upon a small drow child hunched over. To your right you catch a glimps of a hooded man moving away down the alley. Approaching the girl you bend over to see what happened.
The quest will take you through a Inn full of death, and into a underground tomb where a dark threat from the past is being brought back to life.
Author tips/hints:Be careful choosing tails. Sometimes it may lead to a harder fight. Careful how long you listen to doors. You may find there is allot of angry drow on the other side if you listen to long. Avoid getting close to spider eggs. I think you will find that may cause spiders to pop out and see who is at their door step. Other then that have fun.
[Edited] The ending has been reworked, and the difficulty has been greatly reduced. The quest should be able to be soloed at all levels now. The run time of the quest is now around 22 minutes for solo.
A story driven quest with humor, and a lot of challenging fights. What starts out as a simple lost item quest quickly turns into a much darker, and a lot more dangerous adventure.

Thanks. Let me know how your run through goes.

Jeah - played and loved it! And it has got, what you promoted: Good humour and great fights.
The idea with the "cup + door" was great. Also the spawns of the drow and the spiders.
I loved the final battle and his atmosphere.
I think my English is too bad to write good improvement proposals. I just want to say, that your quest was fun and exciting. Hope you are working on part 2!
Btw: What was this thing with the secret "artefact"!? It looked and smelled like a box of cigars for me. :P

That is great to hear. That was my goal. I think quests should be fun, and humorous with some good quick fights. I had the fights way to hard starting out, but I'm glad it sounds like I struck a good balance.

Thanks. The glass and door part is a tuff little optional fight that I had to make a little easier too. I have a little more humor with that section too. As for the spider eggs I still need to tweak them a little more.. I want to make it where if someone want to get around them without setting off the spiders they can.
I loved the final battle and his atmosphere.
The final battle room looks pretty simple at first, but it really took allot of work getting it to look simple but atmospheric and moody at the same time. The spider webs are hard to place and get them to look right. I have about 11 hours is just decorating the last room. Sometimes less is more hehe

Hell man your english is a hell of allot better then my german, french, spanish, and italian. Which is to say my butt only speak english. You are very clear, and I understand you perfectly. I wish I knew other languages as I'd love to put out a version of the quest in any language people were wanting. If you have any ideas on where I may need tweaking please feel free to share. All input is welcome.
Again I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. As for a part two I am yet to start working on a part two. I'm currently working on another quest that so far I have about 40 hours in building just the maps. I still have to work out encounters placement, and then the story. But I'll start working on a chapter two. It may take about a month or two though. Sorry.
Btw: What was this thing with the secret "artifact"!? It looked and smelled like a box of cigars for me. :P
LoL nope not cigars. =P

Allright, man! I will play it a second time and will note all the points who have bothered me. Will do my best to no **** up the english language.
Trust me there is nothing you can do to the english language that would mess it up =P
Btw: Are you a minecraft-gamer or why the spiders are called creepers?
I do play minecraft but I didn't name the small spiders creepers because of that hehe. I used creeper because spiders are often refereed to as creepy crawlies. I didn't even think about it till you mentioned it. I'd love to have exploding spiders that would be epic for fights haha
Btw II: Are you a firefly-fan or why the "shiny"-thing?
Yes to the question of if I am a firefly fan. As for the "Shiny" bit it really goes back to Everquest 2 and all the shiny question marks that one could find all over in the game. There would always be a fight to get to them and collect them first. So for that part I have a object on the ground but I also have a glowing light too but some people say they can't see the glow.
Minecraft and Firefly are brilliant.
I do agree. I play minecraft to relax. I log in and just go off and explore, and mine. It is very relaxing.
Thanks for advertising my quest in your tag. Again I'm happy you enjoyed the quest enough to give it a nod like that. I'll keep a eye out for your review on what you had problems with in the quest.
Take care.
