    What exactly do you mean by 'move the hands'? Do you mean these spells are impossible to use now because it generates the hands to aggro you?

    Working as intended. It's always done thus. Baddies are just too stupid to notice they don't appear where circles were when u push or arcane..
    They made the circles update with position to help our special needs kids. Gratis on noticing a working mechanic.

    Did you notice hands are targetable? Almost like they want you to be able to hit them. Unlike every other are that u can't target? Almost like they don't want u to hit them..
