Does leader loot work?

I just tired to put it on in a guild run of Castle Never, and it won't work.... It goes back to need/greed when we join the instance. Anyone else have this?

    may be changed due to the problems with Leaders booting teams after boss, so they could get all the loot

    I assume thats what the OP was trying to do, if it was really a guild run how hard is the need or greed button to use?
