With the new patch hitting and Gauntlgrym around the corner I wanted to make a new build that I thought would fit well for both PvE and PvP. I will be testing this build extensively and posting feedback and replacing the link below with screenshots to make it easier.
Basic premises behind this build is staying in stealth as long as possible to get added benefits from combat advantage and the Brutal Backstab paragon feat. You'll notice I did not go with the 'staple feats' Disciple of Strength and Scoundrel Training. I think staying in stealth far outweighs both of these. So the extra 20% (1 second) of stealth is huge. I haven't tested yet but I will see how much this affects the PvP set too (will it give 1 second as usual or more being multiplicative).
This build is also still revolving around crit so I steered away from Nimble Blade and went Cunning Stalker. Lurker's Assault is the best ability a rogue has and you should focus on having it up as often as possible.

Post your feedback/critique. This may not be the highest DPS build or the best PvP build, but I think it might be the best in between until some sort of dual-spec swapping gets implemented.

I have been tossing around the notion of moving disciple of strength to more stealth, which in theory should give a slight boost. I think you are on the right track...
EDIT: Dropped DoS for more stealth and my dps diminished.
