Decided to respec into Instigator since I've been Destroyer for quite some time.

I'm only seeing a 2% increase in Crit Chance from VA when the tooltip states it's a 5% increase in Damage and Crit Chance. Can anyone confirm?

    Combat advantage grants that bonus, so it (I would think) it will not show on your character screen as it is not a buff to you, but more a buff to when your character has combat advantage on a specific target. I am guessing the 2% crit bonus is coming up because you are hitting something with Weapon Master up.
