GWF Berserker Armor Set

Just started playing with the new patch update, and for some reason my Berserker set isn't working correctly. When I use a Daily, my encounter powers in cooldown are supposed to have their cooldowns reduced by five seconds and it is having zero effect on them. Anyone else experiencing this?

    While I don't have this set in my possession...

    Have you tried re-equipping the gear? Does the tool tip on the gear light up and show that it is currently working?

    I can confirm this bug as well. My 4 peice Berserker set bonus does not appear to function when using any daily ability. I know there was a change in patch notes to correct a bug with Cresendo which caused the encounter timer to reset to 0 rather than reduce by 5 seconds. It is obvious to me that this recent change broke something.

    Yeah I tried re-equipping and the tool tip is lit up so everything should be working properly as far as I can tell. For some reason though, whenever I use a Daily it has no affect on the cooldown of my encounters like the tool tip says....pretty frustrating.

    My set is bugged as well I mainly used it for PvP but was sad to see my combo do nothing in either PvP or PvE BugFix™
