What do I do now? I can finish a few areas or quests I missed, help other players, explore some custom made quests in the Foundry, but that is about it? I was invited and joined a Guild. I am bored. I am a 60th Level Devoted Cleric. I enjoyed the game until I found out that I am level capped. I do not have enough money or astral diamonds to purchase enough top of the line gear to qualify for any of the daily challenges, as the gear level is 65 or better...!? What gives?! Am I going to be forced to pay a bunch of real money to advance, or take several months of scrounging for enough Astral diamonds? I considered starting a new character bu that means I am gonna have to repay for all the stuff I bought in Zen..!? Sheesh...

There shouldn't be any gear around that requires a level above 60. 60 is the current maximum level and it will likely be a LONG time before they increase it.

And assuming you know how to play that cleric, you shouldn't have any problems getting into a party for a dungeon run (even if you don't have the gear for the 'epic' ones). Might mean you have to travel to the dungeon entrance tho, but I'm pretty sure the folks I often see there simply asking for a group in local (not zone) would be delighted to have a cleric along.

Even a halfway decent set of 'blue' gear would help. That drops fairly frequently.

Other than that, work on the crafting, farm a few nodes, do some of the hourly contests in the lower zones for the rewards, sell it on the AH and build up some Astral Diamonds. If you can put 100k together you should be able to get a set of purple gear on the AH for that.

Ummm what? Did you ask your guild?

You don't need to buy anything to get started at 60, and there is no gear above level 60.

    1) Start running Tier 1 dungeons, the ones that you are allowed to queue for on the dungeon finder.
    2) To get a kick start, maybe do some PvP and get the PvP gear. Not necessary though.
    3) Once you have high enough gear, you can start doing harder dungeons. Keep going until you can do Castle Never and have reaped its rewards.

None of the above requires a cash shop purchase. Not sure where you got those ideas from.

    Hello,
I too can only qualify for 1 dungeon on dungeon que during Delves.( message is my gear score is to low for all the others. Of course now I need to do it 3x to get the extras from Rix, so yes finding it difficult to keep busy and feeling productive. I miss being able to play and quests are almost finished. I am still looking for a Guild that suits my style and preferred language and within reason Time Zone:)

so have to agree with ~Dorrug Rokfist~ on the change of gameplay...don't get me wrong, progression should be a challenge, but not enough content yet to keep as busy as I like.

Look for someone willing to trade equip for gold, there's a bunch of thise in Zone chat at the Enclave. 40 gold for your class' Glory set should be a good deal.
Then you can start farming T1 dungeons.
