    Working as intended. Shocking Execution now also has a 20% chance to healing opponent of all his hp. The developers felt this more accurately represents the name as people will legitimately be shocked that such a worthless attack actually executed them.

    I saw that the 4 part Master Dueler set bonus is broken, it doesn't lower the regenerationtime for 1 second with every fourth attack anymore. Can anyone please create a thread for it? I'm currently unable to do. Thank you!

    Yeah, they nerf the Rogue, they destroy the dc, that they have made to the DC has no name. You withouth the shield for all 5 seconds in pvp, its absurd. The Rogue can survive, they gonna follow killing people, but the dc in pvp, now has no chances with no one, even for survive.
    While Rogue and DC are nerf, the CW, the most op class with awesome difference, are equal.
