Foundry Clarifications

Greetings all. I'm trying to find some official word on how the foundry listing system works. Is it 5 days in REVIEW status before moving to NEW tab? How long is a quest listed on NEW before moving to BEST. Is BEST really the best or just a general listing?

Any help someone can give would be greatly appreciated as I would like to post on my guild forums to help alleviate the confusions we're having.

    Quest moves out of "for review" tab upon receiving at least 20 plays and at least 5 starred ratings (written comments on those ratings are not required, only giving a star). Time doesn't matter.

    "Best" tab should not be general listing, but it's only tab where searching via short code works. Foundry catalog is simply broken and in dire need for upgrades.

    The new list does not have any length requirement that I am aware of. Quests appear on it as soon as they get 20 plays I believe. How long they stay there is a toss up, not even sure Cryptic knows how that whole system works.

    The best list is the managed by the highest adjusted ratings. How adjusted ratings work is another mystery to us all.
    There is a rumor floating around that I am working on a new foundry quest. It was started by me.

    Badbotlimit posted how the ratings work back in alpha, but I've lost the post. Something like it starts at 3 and adjusts the average from there when you have low # of plays, but by the time you get >100 plays the adjusted average = the actual average.
