GWF Sentinel build after patch

What will be the best Sentinel build after todays patch?

Looking for the best off tank build including power/feats, gear, rings, belts, neck, enchants and which stats to stack. Is there a guide somewhere for the Sentinel? If so please give the link.

    I don't believe that there were any Sentinel guides around: the people who did the GWF guides just stuck to the FotM paths I think.

    Even if there were any, the patch today changes things enough that an existing guide might be rendered obsolete. Your best bet is to see what the performance is like and decide for yourself. Or even be the first to make a Sentinel guide for this patch.

    There are one or two Sentinel guides around, you would have to dig for them and as khatzhas has stated today's patch is probably making every guide out there irrelevant.

    Cryptic has imo a long way to go before making each of the 3 feat trees viable for the classes. And who knows what will happen when they start adding in more paragons. Should keep things interesting for a while though!

    I'm going to throw together a build and stress test it a bit then probably make a guide, but as selaral said, my thead has plenty of information to go off of for a build.
