So which Faction is your Guild supporting in Gauntlgrym?

Delzoun Explorers

A society dedicated to restoring the city of Gauntlgrym to its ancient glory, the Delzoun Explorers were founded by a scion of the Delzoun bloodline and a high-minded sage with a map. Declaring their intentions to occupy, excavate, and repopulate the lost city, they quickly developed bulging coffers and popular support.

Their rivals, the Luskan Corsairs, accuse the Delzoun Explorers of rigid bureacracy. Admittedly, the leaders of the Explorers have imposed many rules and protocols for how Gauntlgrym is to be cataloged, but they claim their rules are in the best interest of historical accuracy.
Luskan Corsairs

The Luskan Corsairs describe themselves as enterprising individuals dedicated to the advancement of personal wealth. Hailing from (and not planning to return to) the fallen city of Luskan, the Corsairs know the way to lost Gauntlgrym, and intend to squeeze every last ancient coin out of the ruin.

Their rivals, the Delzoun Explorers, claim a right to restore the city to its former glory, but the Corsairs point to their own heritage-that of the ancient human kingdom of Illusk, which helped to build Gauntlgrym-as rights enough to salvage and plunder.

NOTE: aligning with either faction is a choice your entire guild has to make.

So, which team are you fighting for?

So it's a choice between Lawful Stupid and Stupid Evil. I really hate how most RPGs only allow for Black and White morality. I'm usually Unaligned (4e) or True Neutral (other editions) whenever I play PnP D&D.

That said, I'm not siding with the Luskans. Luskan is the mortal enemy of Neverwinter throughout the Neverwinter Nights series, and this game is called Neverwinter after all.

True neutral... so your characters are totally crazy ^^
If it's to play your character as you wish and following your mood then chaotic good or chaotic neutral is more suited.
I'd rather play a lawful good or a neutral evil than a true neutral : totally boring, hard to actually play and highly frequently pointless.

Personally I find playing lawful evil the most fun. I don't care what the deity list says my tiefling worships asmodeus.

From a roleplaying perspective, aren't the Luskans like the enemy of Neverwinter? And like evil?

I don't know. "Corsairs" remind me of pirates, which is cool. I guess.

True neutral is almost impossible to maintain. Because all sentient beings possess some sense of morality.
