Making this for some feedback and conversation about Great Weapon Fighter and this setup.
-PvE Powers-
Flourish (Reason) High DPS with some range to it.
Indomitable Battle Strike (Reason) Highest DPS Skill.
Roar (Reason) Builds Determination and AP fast.
Destroyer (Reason) Increase damage by 6% with all stacks increasing AoE damage.
Weapon Master (Reason) Increases crit chance, max 5 stacks.
Slam (Reason) Massive AoE Damage
Crescendo (Reason) High single target burst.
Sure Strike (Reason) fast single target auto attack.
Weapon Master Strike (Reason) AoE At Will and Debuffs for increased damage.
-PvP Powers-

Takedown (Reason) Prone CC and useful for setups.
Destroyer (Reason) Increase damage by 6% with all stacks increasing AoE damage.

Crescendo (Reason) High single target burst.
Sure Strike (Reason) fast single target auto attack.

3/3 Toughness (Increased max HP by 9%)
3/3 Disciple of Strength (Bonus strength Damage)
3/3 Endless Assault (Encounters deal 6%)
3/3 Armor Specialization (Increase effectiveness of Defense)
3/3 Constitution Focus (Increase the effectiveness of Constitution)
5/5 Steely Defense (Power equal to 20% of your defense)
3/3 Devastating Critical (15% more crit severity)

5/5 Student of the sword (Critical Strikes lower defense)
5/5 Great Weapon Focus (Increase At-Will by 10%)
5/5 Staying Power (Decrease damage mitigation of Encounter skills by 10%)
5/5 Disciple of war (Grants armor penetration equal to 25% of Recovery)
5/5 Focused Destroyer (Allows Destroyer a 25% chance to grant a stack on any number of targets)
5/5 Battle Awareness (Mostly for the increase of power of 25% while slam is activated)
1/1 Destroyers Purpose (Determination by dealing damage and increase damage while in unstoppable)

Tried something similiar... after I tried 3 GWFs.... everyone got deleted after Lvl 20... and since the weekend... I admit, I love my GWF! I dont know why happened... but I'm addicted and this build is a good help, if u'r in need of ideas

Const is a useless stat at the moment, increase crit chance from dex is better.
Increasing usefulness of const doesn't add much of anything.
You can already get a 30% crit chance on your own, steel blitz would add so much more.
