Event System, Epic Skirmishes, Crafting feedback

I don't know if there is a topic already discussing these so I plead forgiveness for posting a new one for these things but I'm not a forum regular and I would like to address some issues I have with the game.

First - the event system. I am a casual player and I do not have much time to play during the week. I think the event system as it is now actually stops me playing the game rather than help me. The Dungeon Delves and the Skirmishes events do not feel like they give me opportunity to earn extra rewards for playing this type of content but do the contrary - I'm feeling punished for not playing during these events. The reason for this is that the rewards for normal runs are really low in comparison to the rewards for event runs. The solution for this would be to buff the rewards for normal runs(lowering the rewards for event runs would just make the content even more useless to run).

Another note - skirmishes. I like the mini-dungeon feel of the skirmishes but the rewards from them are... non-existent when out of event time. Also I would like to see epic versions of the skirmishes for level 60 players.

Crafting - only one beef with the system - make it possible to earn higher quality assets for crafting by crafting and not only through the cash shop.

crafting ios a hobby now for those that do that at work time, also you are limited to the amount of space you have in your inventory for crafting since you cannot do more than that , i think a new bag will help improve the leveleing on crafting professions since you limit will be the amount of things you have to create then again you will reach better leveles that help you creAte better gear faster.

the idea of the events i think is to have a bigger reward when you run it on that time and i thik is fine however i think we should have more options for that more hours for events since some are not at the time other player can play.

+1 for skirmishes on lv 60, i think if you include EPIC versions of skirmishes it will make this more challenging and a lot of people that lv out those cause when they were doing quest and other daily event they skipped the lv cap for Queue, so the idea for Epic skirmishes is a great one also the prize should be epic similar to the dungeon, probably equip from the boss (new on or usefull one) but not the best gear (that should be obtained always in dungeons) or better yet a key for the lockboxes can be awarded there sin a lv 60 skirmish in any case will take at least 20-25 min if the boss is really difficult to kill so i think is a good idea to do this
Everything works out in the end . If it hasn't worked out yet, it isn't the end...

I understand how you feel and what you are saying. It appears that the dungeon delves, skirmish, profession and foundry events are timed throughout the day. Maybe you can note the time, go do your necessary things and then come back to play during those times. Change is not always good, I have seen games change so much trying to accomodate everyone that no one wants to play them anymore. I for one hope the PWE makes changes slowly and that they are well thought out, to benefit the game play and not to everyone's whims and fancy. I do understand your frustration but I have confidence that you will find a way to work it out:)

lp7p, it is not about whims and fancy, it is about the ability to play certain content. It is not like I have to do household chores and I can schedule them as I want and play as I want - I have to be 9 hours at work and I travel 2 more hours to get there and back. It is 11 to 12 consecutive hours of not being able to play at all. Then I have to get at least 8 hours of sleep to be able to work at all and it leaves me with about 6 hours spread before and after work in which I can try to play. If there is an event available - good. If there is not you cannot even find a group too play with the normal dungeons.

I got a similar thread detailing many things the game should improve on as well...
