Launcher start after I closed game

I know that it must be for patching, but my client patched already. Tried several times.

    It is a new system that can check for updates before they are released. It will run each time you exit the game. If there are files to download, it will download them and store them until the update is released. You can freely close the launcher to stop it or just let it go. It will close itself once it is done.
