You have no characters in Neverwinter!

I'm trying to copy my main character to the preview shard. Logged in to the preview webpage, but it says i have no characters in Neverwinter. At the moment i have 4 characters which of two are lvl60 and the other two are lvl12.

Exact error i get:
You have no characters in Neverwinter! To create a character, go to the http://nw.perfectworld.com/download

Can't select any character in the dropdown menu.

Anyone has an idea? Thanks in advance.

    I have this issue as well, as do others.

    I was able to copy characters over earlier, but it no longer works as of yesterday (when I tried to copy again).

    Does this mean we can't get on the preview shard anymore? As in 'it is closed'?

    It is apparently a Beholder shard only issue. Should be fixed sooner or later they say...

    so they are nerfing the shards now?? they run out of stuff to nerf! lol! just kidding.

    guess we have to be patient
