Right now, I just hit 60 and fully geared myself in T1 purples. (Right now GWF sets are ungoldy cheap)
I was looking up build ideas on here for when I respec. I made the mistake of doing a tank build only to realize I don't like a GWF's tank mechanics and I could just go level a GF if I wanted to tank. So in preparation for the 20th when I get the respec token, I decided on Thorin's Mighty Axe build. A heavy Power/Recovery build that converts defense to power and focuses on keeping Unstoppable up for AP gain.
The problem is he didn't list what enchants, or more importantly, what a good goal recharge rate and power is to aim for. Right now I am sitting on 6,100 ATK and 19% Recharge speed. (26STR 21DEX) I don't know if power or recovery would be a better choice to socket atm. I don't know the diminishing returns or anything and don't want to spend money resocketing if I do it wrong.
What Power and recharge should I be aiming for, and which one is more important to hit first? Thanks in advance. Any other advice would be welcome too, as long as it fits with the Bladestorm and Power/Recovery set I bought. As I said, I haven't respec'd yet, so I am not locked into anything but the unsocketed gear. I don't do or care about PvP, just PvE.

Don't worry about power, get your arp up to around 2200, crit and recovery as well. Power sucks atm till your hitting heavy diminishing returns from the other stats

This, Power is the lowest priority stat, it scales very poorly.

I feel so cheated, Thorin has forsaken me with his lies of power, and lack of crit/arp.
I heard ARP in general wasn't a good stat because of all of the -defense traits and abilities every class puts on mobs. Well, I guess they are too busy with adds to keep them up on the boss and you can't keep them up on trash packs either, I guess it is important.
Focusing on recovery with secondary being arp be good then? Since you can convert 25% of recovery to arp. Does anyone have a link to a proper build? Thanks for the info, btw.

2.2k Arm Pen, then 3k recovery crit, rest on Power. To achieve this you need Ioun Stone or Cat, 2 t2 set bonus (avatar, vigilant)gear along with ancient weapon set and rank 6 enchantments. Soulforged Armor enchantment, and I only thing I have used is Plague Fire for weapon enchantment. Its a big investment, so you sould decide if you want GWF as your main beforing spending your AD
I use silvery for the recovery in offense slot or Dark in the utility or offense slot. Unfortunately Dark enchants are insanely expensive so I use silvery.
Also if you can spare around 60-70K AD get a lesser plaguefire weapon enchant. Don't bother with the greater ones..they cost millions and not worth the cost vs benefits.
