its been days already since ive reach 60, and i realized that it is really so hard to find a group for dungeon. i have 8.4k GS, and every time i would like to find a group it would take me hours (3 or more)
my concern is for me and other people who gets tired of waiting for nothing and get kicked out of the party because they dont like you. is there a way for a fresh 60s to prosper a bit each day ? i noticed that most people in neverwinter are really greedy, they want everything fast, they dont think of others (talking about fresh 60s who has lower GS); they will kick you if your GS is not close to theirs, even tho you are already qualified for that dungeon .
*UPDATED
so we can solo right? do daily quest that gives AD? PVP and easy foundries (easy that we can just solo).

Don't use the queue system. Go to Protector's Enclave, look for LF [class, GS] or start your own group) thru zone chat. Also, you can just run easier T1s (Cloak Tower, Crypts) during Delves event to get T1 items from chests + seals. Seals buy you jewelry. You'll get your GS to 9k+ in no time.

Yes this is annoying. Took me 7 tries to queue into castle never. I got kicked instantly 3 times, everyone else left the other 2 times, and 1 time I somehow managed to get queued in alone. The 7th time I happened to get lead in a group with 4 people who were of the same guild and I was able to run the dungeon at least partly through. If that last time had failed I would have probably given up on it for awhile... This is really annoying.

Didnt just happen, thats how the broken tools work.
Due to this, player like myself that lead large succesful guilds, NEVER use the queue system. Because 100% of the time - the 1 guy we let queue into it with us gets the lead, and 99% the time - that guy is a terrible person who seems to think his needs outweigh the 4 of us.
I feel you man. I was really enjoying my game until I reached level 60. That's when the nightmare starts. What's up with players being mean to level 60 newbies? I did my first lvl 60 pvp soon after levelling up and then own partymate started insulting how my gear sucks blah blah blah (when he couldn't even play any better).
I try to do dungeons during Dungeon Delves just to get better gear faster. But the party matching queue system seems incredibly flawed. Throwing u into dungeons with a cleric seems insane to me. One time I got added to a party that was missing a member. I teleported in and noticed they were so far away from the entry point. I caught up and they were talking about kicking mages and after that someone else got kicked. Was wondering what was going on and caught up and realised they were taking shortcuts. I left dungeon immediately.
Another time finally got party for T1 dungeon and for DD, then this guy just keep whining nonstop how our damage isn't enough halfway through and refuse to continue and left. Great. Gotta queue again.
Seriously, how do u expect other players to get better GS with mentality like this.... I don't remember so much **** happening when i was level 1-59.
I'm going to go ahead and be brutally honest here. Cryptic are incompetent to have put a leader with kick abilities in game in this way. Utterly stupid and incompetent. It's hard to believe anyone who claims to be a professional game developer could have created this situation.
Stupid, lazy programming that is harming the game and community every single day.

too harsh, but i do agree.. the whole kicking thing really dissapoints newbies, so its like when they reach 60 its over, because nobody wants them.

I've been level 60 for about a week now. I had no trouble at all trying to queue for t1 dungeons. Then my gear score got high enough that I could start queuing for t2 dungeons and the problems began. The last 4 days have been a living HELL. I've been put into groups that consist of myself (Trickster Rogue) 3 other rogues, and a Control Wizard. I've been put into a group consisting of myself and 4 Control Wizards. But worse than NEVER getting the proper balance of classes is the CONSTANT instant-kicks and dropouts. In the last 3 days, out of LITERALLY more than 50 attempts, I've gotten into a dungeon only about 30% of the time and only actually finished ONCE. I know this is still beta, but the queues are BROKEN. Completely. This needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY.
Yes... I have encountered similar groups like people above me mentioned. And it makes the "pug" or random Queued groups a gamble, oddly enough it only started at lvl 60,had no troubles until then.
Not just PvE,I have been kicked out of a PvP group together with another Player, that i dont know, just cause the leader didnt like the way we played our classes *Note that we were winning by a quite large amount, and the match was already over halfway done at that point* Needless to say i was not happy, asked around a bit and it seems this is quite common in both PvE and PvP...
Giving a random person Lead is ok,but that Person should NEVER have the free ability to kick people etc at free will.. Its obvious that some people will kick anyone that they dont like for whatever reason...
hopefully they would hear us, if not for sure the game wont last. it will then shutdown eventually, due to large amount of people who are quitting, because of this kind of structure and rude community.
lets take SUN online for example, the first time it came out was a blast, but now the game closed, because of the same reasons said above. newbies have no place in the world, because they dont have enough good gear for t1 or t2, and being kicked out for some unreasonable matters.
but im still hoping that this game would be as successful dungeon-base MMO like DN and C9. i do really like the concept of Neverwinter, the lore and all, reminds of my childhood, but please devs or whoever is concern dont mess up neverwinter please.
Talking about profits in your game, focusing on your silly dollar shop wont make you rich. its the number of players will. take Google for an example, almost everything is free, yet they are rich, becasue of the large amount of user a day.

Start with cloak tower. Get unicorn tokens/gear. Try to find a group in zone chat if the dungeon finder isnt working. Those groups are best anyhow for now till they add the much needed features to DF.

not everyone is fortunate to have a group that is fair. please read other replies in this thread, and you might realize.

his point still stands. go premade or get pissed off by randoms. heck that HAMSTER still happens in wow, where the group tools got pretty sophisticated over the years.
for example:
"I don't want to be in a group with X other rogues" - play another class. queue matches you if they can't fine a better lineup, even with a vote system the 2nd/3rd/4th rogue will be kicked. you want cryptic to fix it? hf waiting for that queue to pop during a delve.
this is also only an issue until the first boss, after that the group won't get replacements
"people kick me for low gearscore!!" - happens even without GS. people want easy runs, having better items makes the run faster and less prone to fail. you might be worlds best player with a sufficient items, randoms will ALWAYS favor the one with the better ones - they don't know you, they don't know how good you are (or not).
this is also a predominantly human issue - which cryptic can't fix.
don't get me wrong, there's enough HAMSTER in the game and the queue mechanic is one of it - but what people are complaining about is the exact same stuff they have been crying about for years. and for years the easiest solution was: get a guild, get friends to run it with and suddenly 95% of all those issues are gone.

i think it is both the players and cryptics flaws. this thread points out to both the community and cryptic, i mean its not all about cryptic, you are right about human issues.

yeah, like I said there's a lot of HAMSTER in the game. no replacements after the first boss? leaders being able to kick nilly/willy? how the HELL did that ever make it onto the live servers? were they really that pressured for time to release early that they couldn't even get the basics right? and if that's the case, do people really want to support this with their money?
the problem is people see only their issue, almost never the bigger picture. hence this thread.
I had one horrible que where the others in the group were using one of the "short cuts" and of course, no one in the group communicates. So, we start of killing the mobs then when we get to the next section I'm attacking the mobs while the rest of the group runs by them and goes off the path to suicide so they can respawn at the next campfire. Since I didn't know that they would be doing that, I wasn't able to get past that mob. I tell them that I may need a couple of them to reconnect and help me get to the rest of the group, so they kick me from group instead.
Game is so broken

Haven't read much of the thread but I think it's worth noting the queue system is getting improved with the Big Changes Patch.

but if you have time, i think there are other concerns in this thread aside from the queuing system.

They trying to make the queue system litle bit better. Remember the game is very new. This coming 20th june. I quess they trying to fix it more and more.
"Queues
Error messages have been improved for queues that cannot be joined.
Queues once again attempt to refill parties after a party member has dropped.
The Queue UI now has sortable columns for level and gear score requirements.
When joining an existing party, players now spawn at the farthest-forward respawn point activated by that party.
When refilling parties with dropped members, the Queue system refills the party using the role(s) of the player(s) who had dropped.
When rejoining a queue that one has previously left, there is no longer a chance of being placed back into the same instance in a seemingly broken state.
When some party members accept and some party members decline a queue offer, the whole party is properly removed from the queue.

There some ways to fix this and letting us add a new person or letting us requeue when some one leaves is a first step.
