Cleric Development team - you've had enough feedback - time for a response

The Temple section has been filled with patch feedback.

You have moved the list of posts on the Cleric changes out of the main General chat into Feedback - you must have viewed these to look at the subject matter.

Surely it is time for you to give some kind of response. Not asking for a final verdict - that should be at the end of the trial period - but anything to show that you are in some way reconsidering what you are doing with the Cleric class.

"Mod 6. Oh my f****** god. It gutted the game pure and simple. And what wasn't gutted was messed up by the poorly thought out new level cap and equip. The game never recovered from that atrocity".
..............not this one then.............

Hmmm while I don't agree with all the "Feedback" given, I do agree that we do need to hear the devs stance on the subject. I'd more like to see them make other skills more useful and leave AS as it is (On the test server.), I feel it's to much of a crutch on live personally.

I agree with you, as I posted in a topic that quickly died in the Feedback section, these are the changes I personally would like to see:

Astral shield nerfs (test server) left in place-

    1. Major buffs to the heal amount of both Bastion and Soothing Light.
    2. Cut the CD of Bastion by 1/3.
    3. Cut the Divinity use of Soothing Light cut in half.
    4. Slightly buff the heal of Sunburst(only Divinity version).
    5. Change healing word to be a direct heal + regen on normal use, and AOE heal+regen (or some type of x players near target get affected) for Divinity version.
    6. Remove Astral Shield from invigorated healing and replace it with Healing Word.

If anyone needs me to decode what they are saying just let me know. Would be happy to enlighten everyone on what they will not say to their supporters.

Are we sure he's an actual dev and it isn't a forum Bug, has him tagged as Hero of the North.

I'm not trying to say it's not.. it's just that was extremely unprofessional if it was, and I would like to think it's just a forum bug tagging a player...

I read those when they where first posted. I was really hoping for something more than a - I'm sure you'll be ok....
....which reads like the general talking to his troops just before he tells them to go over the wall and charge at the enemy trenches.

What would help at the least is a message from the devs to say they are either just going to run with the changes as is, or they are looking to re-visit what they have done.

At least then it will help players to decide whether to carry on or do something else.

That response seems more like a personal response, from a member of staff who actually plays the game.

It is not an official response from a representative of the Dev Team.

When you become Neo, you don't even need to Dodge.
    * Just wave your hands, and all bullets stop and drop in front of you.

    *Disclaimer
: only works with bullets, blades and blunt objects do not work, batteries not included.

Developers can be reading without making comments on the feedback to allow the conversation to continue unhindered. When a game developer posts to a thread it becomes a lightning rod to all players who may or may not have something constructive to add to the conversation...
