You have no characters in Neverwinter message

I have a problem that I have seen a number of other people have as well with the test shard. I registered for the tester and when I come to the screen to be able to copy characters over to the test shard, I am given the message of:

You have no characters in Neverwinter! To create a character, go to the http://nw.perfectworld.com/download

I'm not ranting and raving, screaming for PW to fix this or I'll quit, I just would like to at least see that they acknowledge this problem is happening and what may be done about it or what they are trying to do about it. So far, I've seen no one from PW acknowledge this problem exists, only other players as I noted before.

    same here i'd like to copy my level cw over to test out some of the changes as well

    We've identified an issue copying characters from the Beholder shard in specific. This will be addressed with our next live server maintenance.
