Help with CW stats.

Anyone know when the DR hits for recovery and critical? Also, given a plaguefire enchant, should I use any armor penetration and if yes, how much? Thanks in advance.

    Recovery diminishes at around 2700-2900.
    Critical strike rating diminishes at around 2000.

    Yes, you should stack armor penetration, since it is applied before plaguefire, and can bring damage resistance to 0%. After that, plaguefire can bring the damage resistance to negative values.
    For PvE, ~2200 armpen does the trick, since thats what most mobs have (22% dmg resist).
