Guild Renaming doesn't work.

Couldn't see this posted in the bug reports after doing a quick search, but it'd appear as though Guild Rename doesn't work.
It's more a minor annoyance than anything else, but whenever attempting to rename a guild, even just removing misplaced capitals, it bugs out and gives "[Error] Error renaming guild : name already claimed."
I'm assuming this is an unintentional thing, possibly even to prevent guilds of the same name popping up, but it still happens when trying to change the name of a guild to something entirely different.
