Guide: Custom Channel Creation/Joining and List

Custom Channels are created with the following steps:
Press Alt to allow your cursor to show up/be moved.
Press the Gear icon in the upper-left of your chat window.
Select the Custom Channels tab.
Enter the name of the channel you wish to create/join.
Can also use the /channel_join channel_name command if you are more comfortable with command lines.
Custom Channels are shared across all the Cryptic Games.

NWO-Newbies

Crafting/Professions/Tradeskills:
NWO-Professions

Roles/Classes:
NWO-Controllers
NWO-Defenders
NWO-Leaders
NWO-Strikers

Epic Dungeons:
NWO-Epics

Foundry:
NW-Foundry

Roleplay:
NWRP (OOC)
TalkingStones (IC)

Custom Channel Owners:
NWO-Owners

General Custom Channels:
NWOTrade
NWOLFG

Beholder Shard Custom Channels:
BHLFG *Will remove when shards merge*
BHTrade *Will remove when shards merge*

Dragon Shard Custom Channels:
NWN Trade
NWN LFG
NW Dragon Trade
NW Dragon LFG

Mindflayer Shard Custom Channels:
MFLFG *Will remove when shards merge*
MFTrade *Will remove when shards merge*

You could add NWRP the RP channel similar to STORP (STO RP channel) or CORP (Champions Online RP channel) within those games. I'm not sure who runs NWRP.

Though since they use the same chat server CO & STO channels can be seen and chatted on from within NWO.

What's up with all the names? NWOTRADEWTBWTSWTTAMAZINGOMGCHANNEL. Really? Channels should be called trade, lfg and so on.

Made the reason stand out more by making it bold and putting it in the color red...

because all three of Cryptics games are on the same server, LFG and Trade are used by champions online. The first game currently on this server. You can chat to people on Startrek and Champions by using one of their channels

I love seeing all the custom channels, but a word of advice - Try to avoid spaces and weird characters in your channel name. If it's just plain text, you can type "/MyChannelName here's my message" and it'll send directly to that channel. If there are spaces in the name, the command parser gets confused, and reads "/My Channel Name here's my message" and tries to get you to talk in a channel called "My", which totally doesn't exist.

And the same prefix for all will be perfect (or all NW or all NWO, but not both)
