Preview Shard? Is it available yet?

So forgive my somewhat basic question, I did a search but found nothing specific on when the preview shard will go "live" so to speak. I'm assuming the 20th. If perhaps I am mistaken and someone might enlighten me I would be most appreciative.
Do not interfere in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and taste good with ketchup...

    It has been available for a while as I have seen and has been live.

    When you open up the launcher right above where it tells you the game version on the bottom left, it gives you the option to switch between Neverwinter and Neverwinter preview shard.

    good luck getting the sign up page to open if you havent done so already.

    whenever i try it just sits on loading page for about 5 minutes then errors.

    I see no option to switch to the preview shard in my launcher? am I being obtuse and just not seeing it/ Or is there a special url or launcher option I need to enable?

    Belay my last, I was being obtuse and perhaps should have looked for the specific sub forum "Neverwinter Preview"....

    Thanks for helping out those of us who can be somewhat feeble minded.

    Here is a link to the sign-up for the preview server

    Once you sign up you can transfer characters and you will be able to select the preview server from the launcher.
