My Heros do not work

I have 2 Heros that I paid 250,000 diamonds ea... I tried to trade them to my wife through the mail so she could borrow them and they got disabled you cannot add them to the craft at all.. She sent them back to me and now I cant use them either I cant sell them I cant do anything with them... When I look on the gateway they dont even show up like I dont even own them even though they are clearly in my inventory. If you try to manually trade them they Show up in the trade box the other person can clearly see it in the trade box but when you hit the accept button it is pulled out of the window... I put in a Gm ticket about 12 hours ago and all I got is the automated response.. I see there in another thread with this issue but there are few responses so Im assuming this is a rare issue.. The stress of this is killing me .. not like Im talking a couple diamonds here...

    almost 2 days still nothing Ive played many MMo's the CS here is terrible
