Gateway issue - 'Account Ticket Timeout'?

I seem to be encountering an issue when trying to access the Gateway - I can get past the initial login, but then when I get to the part that would display my characters, I instead get the spinning loading animation, followed by an 'Account Ticket Timeout' error. I've tried multiple browsers, (Firefox and Chrome), but the issue persists. I've also cleared cookies and the cache, but to no avail.

Anyone have any input on this?

    Same here so is general prob, maybe they work on it
