Am I missing something (I hope) or is there really no mark target?

If you mean the GF ability, it's TAB until you get Frontline Surge as a power.

No I mean marking targets, like with symbols, like every other mmo with any class. Like for raids or dungeons, you mark for cc and who gets what. I can't find it in this.

The CW's in PUGs aren't CC'ing and I want to start marking targets for CC.

I guess the GFs huge red X that gets put on the mobs, you know from his marking ability, isnt enough.

Umm, that is an issue with CWs. If they refuse to CC then refuse them to stay in group and get one that can do its job.

As mentioned only GF can "Mark" targets. Unfortunately the mark goes away once the GF is hit, also it meant more as a minor debuff than anything else. Frontline Surge will allow a GF to mark the target as well, but it is only a slightly beefed up version from the basic skill.

There's not much point in marking, in that sense. The CW is in charge of all the adds, simple as that.

If the CW isn't CC'ing, telling him to CC particular targets won't get the CW to CC.

If you give a general strategy ahead of time, that works, but otherwise the CW's not going to be paying attention to your "orders" in the middle of combat.
