Cloak of the Human?!

Hello, so i have been trying to get this racial cloak for a couple days now and have gotten no luck. I have cleared out whispering caverns and mt. hotenow, i also finished the neverwinter guard questline, that involves various in-game mails. That one rewarded me with a claok of the underdark..

I've heard you get it in whispering caverns but like i said i cleared every quest in the zone and nothing..

I'm a human guardian fighter and leveled mostly through PVP so i may have missed some quests, can anyone help please?

    it really no point, I did this quest just to get the visual (cloak of the drow) but I cant even use it to transmutate on my good cloak because it is "bound" on pickup... and the stats not so good too.

    Ok.. well that doesn't really help me. I want it regardless of it's 'usefulness'.

    The only thing that stops transmutations is "requirements" not matching up.

    Like if it's class restricted.

    Being bound doesn't matter.

    Good thing you chimed in with this completely useless comment.

    I'm interested in this, I haven't cleared those zones.

    But... it really no point!

    (I can't really help, though, as I think I just got one from clearing the zone, it was the end of a quest in one of the large drow dwellings in the Underdark- maybe the one where you have to rescue the family? Not sure.. I didn't do anything special. I wish I could be more specific, but I'm just as bad, probably.)

    I know I got the Cloak of the Halfling from a guy right in the main camp when you first enter the zone. He was one of the four quests that were RIGHT THERE the moment you entered Whispering Caverns. Had to kill a Necromancer.

    I'm starting to think i have to clear every map in the game, doing every quest in every zone which will then eventually lead me to the caverns (even though i already cleared it) and there will be a new npc there .. but this sucks

    is there like a distinct questline i can follow instead of going through every single one.. in every zone...?

    There is a guide to race specific quests floating somewhere around these forums. That's all i can tell you.
