Well, if you spammed chat, then you were spamming, there's no ifs or buts about it. Spam is spam.

However, it is debatable whether it was entirely justified, perhaps it wasn't, but then you come here, and start a thread to cry about it, I don't think that you will get much sympathy here, best you can do, is make a note of who that cleric was, and don't run with them again.

    *shrugs*

Yeah is someone did something wrong they are automatically overweight children...it sorta reminds me of growing up in the south in the 70's, only then the scapegoats were african americans, followed by catholics and jewish people. Gotta love prejudice...it never really changes.

Pugging is like taking a cruise with a lot of people you don't know...yeah you "may" have a great time, but more than likely you are going to be dealing with a lot of jerks you have zero in common with.

I'm not blaming the Ninja priest, i'm blaming the kids who reported me... for trying to avoid them from grouping with a ninja.

I'm assuming you mentioned his name. Naming and shaming is a no-no in this game. That might be what caused this.

It's amazing how ninjas are safeguarded, rly, you can't say their nickname, you can't report them...bha.

    I'm really disappointed.

the ninja now is enjoing his new loot without problems, and i'm silenced and mad.

GG, this game's mechanics are working well.

If this wasn't a rule, what would stop someone you had argued with from claiming you were an exploiter and a ninja?

Agree! If you send a message to chat you should expect to be flagged for spam. Not sure why people think they can post things to chat, sometimes even TWICE, and not get reported.

I do my part. When I see people talking in chat I help get them flagged ASAP.

Most players are not like that guy, and most players are quite all right, really. May not help much right now when you're irritated (and who wouldn't be?), but try to keep it a little in mind.

Also, after the big patch only classes can roll need on an item if they can wear it. This wouldn't have helped in your situation, but it should overall cause less conflict. In the end, the only real solution is to play with folks who you "know". Make friends here on the board, join a guild, or add decent people to your friends list after playing with them.

Don't let someone like that cleric turn you off the game. He's not worth that.
Unsure about skills and feats? Check the Master List of Class Builds!

Why dont you go out and you search for a girlfriend instead of doing the dickhead?

    To add onto that:
Getting upset over it only hurts yourself as the cleric and people who muted you just enjoy themselves. It's typically better to just move on and be quiet about things, if you have a problem with someone just ignore them and avoid them in the future. Being in a good guild helps fix many issues, and hopefully you'll find one you like, and hopefully I'll find one myself.

Don't worry OP after the next big patch Ninja boss kickers will have to operate in groups of 3 to steal your loot.

    Are you sure about that?
I didn't read anything about that in patch notes

Hmmm could have sworn I read somewhere that kicking was getting changed from party leader to needs 3 votes but I don't see it in the balance changes now either...

    Maybe I just imagined that!

This is why I no longer play the game. The whole experience has been a very negative one and Im not sure I could be persuaded to come back.

It's been requested a few times but not stated. So far you can't kick in PvP and that's it.
