Looking for an awesome PvP/PvE guild (Dragon)

Looking for a decent, if not the best PVP/PVE guild on Dragon shard. What guilds do you guys think are the best? I'm looking for a larger guild, ~20 online all the time. Needs to be a guild that requires you use voice communication. (no raidcall). US/UK Based!
