Anyone know if respecing is going to be free when open is released?

In the update they said something about respecing being free but I wasn't sure if they were talking about only on the test server or whether they will add that in when they move from beta to open status. Anyone know for sure? I just don't want to spend six bucks on something that will be free in like a week and a half, I mean, my build sucks but I've made it this far without too many problems.

    from my understanding you get 1 free respec token when they make major changes to your class, such as the next patch. everyone gets 1 free respec token per character.

    i highly doubt respecs will become free. i am sure at only 6$ they are quite the hot item on the zen store.

    As llfritzll has stated,you will get 1 free respec token. Besides that respecing will not become free.

    PWE is adverse to giving anything away for free. It causes them to swell up into a rash or something. STO gives away a free respec every ten levels or so, but that's more or less a legacy of its launch. Neverwinter, being the first true Cryptic game fully being developed under PWE's umbrella will make almost everything gated behind zen if the other PWE games are any indication.

    Does the respect also entitle you to class stat changes as well (e.g strength/Int/Wisd etc) or just the spell/skill choice's?

    Just the Powers and Feats, you do NOT get to reroll ability scores

    raiderz gave away a free re-spec after a big skill changing patch.so they have soften a bit on some things.
