Alts on one account or separate accounts

Has anyone done a pros and cons analysis if you should put your alts on different accounts?

Best I could think of was that the pros were multiple chars on at the same time to loot something and not having to pay zen for additional slots.

Cons would be you can't pool AD easily.

    Zen mount is account wide.
    No more reasons needed.

    IF you buy a mount in the ZEN store, once, all characters on that account can get that same mount for free. IE it unlocks for the whole account. same thing with the guardian and North packs.
