NIGHTMARE Is Not Working!

Okay so after a month of playing ticket tag with cryptic (4 tickets sent in) I keep getting a response back saying "so your ticket doesnt get lost in ticket limbo, we are closing your ticket) I felt I should warn everyone about the lockboxes. I got a nightmare from the lockbox, and it no longer works. Everytime I use it, I get "you cannot use this power" whether it be in town, or out in the field. So please, dont waste your money on skel keys. If you want a nightmare, hold off on it. This thing has been bugged for over a month now. You will spend your money on keys, and then be promptly ignored once pwe has their grubby hands on your money.

    I am also in the same boat, several tickets later and still no answer. And I still cannot use my Nightmare Mount I received from a Lock Box. I am at a loss as what to do now, any suggestion from someone from cryptic would really be appreciated as your ticket system seems to be not working.
    I once convinced a Lich to make me a tree that grew cupcakes and like the Tressym its a much hated creation in the realms. Now I search for the cupcake tree wherever I go, Cryptic please give me my cupcake tree. :p

    I love how this company thinks its completely ok to alienate its customers by not giving any response. I am also sick of people white knighting them, saying "its a beta". I mean jesus, a month is more than enough time for at LEAST a response.
