Knights Challenge. Argh the Lag Monster has got me. Advise

So I thinks Knights Challenge as a skill has a lot of utility but sadly I play off a laggy connection and that damage buff is a killer on boss fights. With my slow connection and slow speed I can't get out of AOE's and block is worthless when it goes down in the first hit.

So here goes.

Does this get better as you gear up since I currently have 47% reduction and 28k HP

or

Can someone suggest some alternate skills I should be using in T1 and T2.

    Knight's Challenge isn't a skill you should be running in dungeons unless its on a boss fight. For T1 or T2 I often run lunging strike, Enforced Threat, and Frontline Surge. For some instances you might need to swap out Enforced Threat with another utility skill i.e. Bull Charge for knocking mobs off ledges, Into The Fray for party-wide speed increase, or Knee Breaker for 1-on-1 boss fights.
