Ticket limbo

so let me get this right... instead of not answering tickets, you delete them so that they do not go into "limbo", that does not sound like dedicated to customer services.

worst customer service ever. no really it is.:mad:

"You are receiving this automated message to inform you that your current ticket is being closed. We are doing this to prevent your issue from being lost in "Ticket Limbo." We at Perfect World Entertainment are dedicated to providing you with a satisfactory experience both in game, and with regards to Customer Support."

    You can re-open your ticket if you're still having the issue.
    You can also send an e-mail to customerservice@perfectworld.com in regards to your closed ticket.

    There may be other routes, depending on the nature of your issue.

    except customer service is not replying to anything.
