Have all the details of the upcoming patch been posted?

I don't mean the vague broad statements, but the specifics, the numbers, the nuts and bolts of the many class changes.

It'd be nice if they didn't wait until the last minute to post them, but this is what I expect will happen.

    Yes... They have.
    And the test server is open, so you might test them yourself.

    Let your confusion be a testament to their poor way of delivering information x)

    Well the details as they currently stand have been posted but are subject to change before the patch goes live.
