Upcoming update come with retraining tokens..?

As I as going over the patch notes I was taking note of all the changes or "balancing" to the classes. Now my big concern is whether or not some of these skills I have pumped up will be rendered useless or just not as good as another spell or feat you could have in its place. Unfortunately to retrain you need retraining tokens that.. big surprise.. can only be purchased with zen. Now my question is to the developers, will we get a complimentary retraining token to potentially adjust our feats and powers to reflect the patch? or will we be forced to stick it out with these feats and powers or just pull out or wallet? I don't know if this crossed other people's minds but I was quite curious myself.

    The patch notes already say that we will be getting a free respec with the patch.
