Daily Skirmish quest since patch

I completed the daily skirmish quest for my lvl but I cannot give it to Rhix. The quest log say (3/3) and I did it 3 times. This is the second time that happend to me with different Daily skirmish quest!

    is it the gatecrashers skirmish? A lot of people are having trouble with that one. I still have that one sitting in my journal and im level 60 now.

    These also happens at daily dungeon and it happened to me twice at the temple spider

    happened to me also several times at first i thought well maybe it was a old but no tried it again today, accepted it today and everything still wont let me turn in.
