I appreciate some of the changes, but I see several problems.
If 1 player on a team is AFK , then they whole team suffers since they can not be kicked and replaced
If some one fails to port they can not be kicked to allow for them to be reset, just login in and out does not fix this problem on the players end, but at least the team will be able to replace the member when they log out, though when the player logs in they will still be stuck.
A whole new griefing will start to happen, people will just go into matches not caring about winning just so they can lower the reward of the opposite team since the "faster" matches give less reward.
If your team is trying but are totally out geared by the other team (this happens a lot in Level 60 matches), you will suffer. They need to change ques at 60 by gear score Regular, t1, t2 - make them separate ques so that your are only able to face an equal scored team.
They do nothing to fix the issue if you get disconnected but log right back in to the map that even when your team hasn't kicked you you get the no longer on team leaving in 5 second problem, which then leads to the cant port issue.
This also does nothing to fix the BOT issue which is still running rampant, and now we cant even replace the BOT since they cant be kicked.

it's just cryptic. if you followed all the shenanigans the last weeks it obvious they don't think things through. but hey, they have at least "accumulated experience from having launched five MMOs" - not that you see any of it in NW, but it's the thought that counts I guess.
Not nerfing/changing tenebrous is the biggest mistake they made if they care at all about PvP balance. All of the glaring class imbalances are nothing compared to how game-breaking tenebrous stacking currently is. A player using 7 greater tenebrous enchantments can do upwards of 7000 damage JUST from the enchantment the second they initiate a fight and another 5k-7k every 5-6 seconds thereafter. That means they can do ~14,000 damage in a 5 second fight just from their tenebrous enchantments alone. To put that number into perspective, most players only have around 23k hp, so tenebrous enchantments are doing ~61% of a player's health in the first 5 seconds of a fight. Some people will say, 'But everyone can stack tenebrous so it's not an issue,' but only the first part of this statement is true. Even if everyone had 7 greater tenebrous PvP would then be the biggest skilless zergfest imaginable. People would die in less than 5 seconds in 1v1s and die instantly in any team fights. It trivializes the skill required to actually be decent at this game because of how burst damage works in PvP; even the best player can be bursted 100-0 before they can even react against tenebrous stacking, making the skill differences between the players unimportant to the outcome of the fight. It also completely breaks class balance by giving defensive builds far too much burst/damage and giving ranged/control classes too much burst/damage as well.
They need to make tenebrous do damage over time instead so it's less bursty. Doing 1000 damage over 8 seconds would still give someone stacking 7 greater tenebrous a distinct advantage in PvP over someone without tenebrous but at least then a player without tenebrous would have a chance to fight back and class balance wouldn't be completely destroyed.

Well most of the pvp population doesn't have 1 greater tenebrous or even t2 gear to put one in. So as of now its not really a problem.

Ok lets explore how this is a great change! Last week and I PvP a lot I mean a lot. I make friends I definitely make enemies. 2 games I had the afk bot bugged party we lost. Fine have to deal with it. Then the next 2 games I was the point leader about to bring home the Gold and get my reward I mean had like 16kills no one close to my points. I get kicked before the win by the leader for domination so he can get a reward not me I join another game. 12 kills halfway threw kicked again as we were winning guess another person on my team that is greedy or I killed a lot in another match that doesnt' like me. So that was a brutal 4 games. I coudlnt' win or get completes even while dominating. I was soo frustrated. Now I can't be kicked for leading my team to victory and that is what it is all about.
