How long is a session for you?

Just saw this piece of a post and thought it was pretty incredible. Given that a person can do anything they want in life I still find it amazing to see quotes like this....

"Being a 12K CW who has run Castle Never every day 4 to 6 times a day".

My play sessions are about 1-3 hours and less, 4 times a week, this is a lot to juggle with friends and real life commitments, but manageable. Seeing some of the other posters stating they play for 9-14 hours a day and perform actions like the quote I pasted is amazing to think about.

Again, it is up to the individual....just some observations regarding gaming on my part.

    Like you said, it's all up to the individual. A couple of years ago I used to play about 12+ hrs. I had 1 class each day and i preferred staying home cause I wasn't that social. Thus I had more time to play. Besides, it was fun chatting with guild mates and friends :P

    Now i still play games but the duration depends on different days. It's lower than before but still sometimes i play from 6pm onwards till 3-4am if i dont have any appointments next morning. But then there are days i barely touch the game =D

    I tend to play MMOs in the evenings. Some days I take a break, other days I go all out for 5-12 hrs.

    Depends on the day really! sometimes an hour or two sometimes all day. Less now then earlier in my gaming career.

    2 to 4 hours, 2 to 4 times a week. Most of that time is spent waiting in queue for a dungeon. Once the dungeon is over, it's time for bed. But I do try to log in daily for my Celestial coins, but that's not really to play.

    bout 10 hrs a week.

    To me, the fact that you play for 1-3 hours a day, 4 days a week seems like a lot. It's all relative

    Depends on what life everyone wants to run and the free time they decide to have.
    Young Gamers have all the time in the world to spend and people who want to have a career and other things in life are obviously going to have less time.

    It's what people want or not want in life and trade if off with other things. I don't get what kind of question this is with people spending x amount of hours on a game. Their choice and their life why does it matter?
