Forum Title: Guardian?

So I bought the Guardian Pack and was supposedly getting the forum title guardian; however, i do not have it unless you are supposed to do something to get it and if so could anyone mind explaining how to do this?

    Click on User CP, then go to Permission Groups, and you can select your title there.

    i don't have this option, there is nothing for permission groups, was this changed?

    edit: i found out since i was always logged in it didnt add this for me until i logged out and back in after getting the guardian title, just to let anyone else know
