Buy and paid a Founders pack and i not receive anything...

So... Hello, I bought the "Gardian of neverwinter pack" on 05.05.2013! Has been charged to my credit card, but have not received anything in the game! I see several players with items already in the game, and my not come in the form of email or in-game! Can you explain What did happen?

Already debited of my credit card $59 from foundry pack , i receive email confirm, perfectworld accept the payment, but nothing come to me... not in email in game or my inventory etc....

Please help me... if need more information im glad in assist!

    You probably need to go to the vendor in Protector's Enclave, opposite of sargeant Knox (close to were you got your peasant clothing)

    I was kind of confused by this myself, because i don't think i received any direction where i had to go to pick this stuff up.

    Go to User CP, click on Permission Groups and you should be able to select your Guardian title in there.

    In-game, you'll have to go the Founder Agent in the Enclave. He's located across Sgt. Knox. Once you find the Agent, talk to him to claim your mount/wolf/etc. To claim the AD, click Alt and go to the Astral Diamond Exchange (it's the Z with the little diamond icon, to the right of the tower icon).

    The whole process is a a bit counterintuitive, I know.

    Nothing in Founder's vendor.... even icon of "Guardian of Neverwinter" for claim... in my titles nothing like "Founder"....
    But Perferctworld accepted my payment of $59 dol. :/

    If promo ends or something like that...they must tell in site....

    In site in my account , only show my purchase of ZEN... nothing about founders or something like tath, and support, no return....

    When you go to the https://my.perfectworld.com/nw/redeemkey page, does it show anything in there? For me, it shows:

    If there's nothing there, then something's terribly wrong. And if that's the case, send a mail to customerservice@perfectworld.com explaining your situation.

    im not receive any "key" for reddem, anything i receive is confirmation of payment from paypal of $59 dol.... for perferctworld

    I bought My Hero of the North pack couple days ago. And I still haven't gotten it. No reply to my ticket or email.

    Its paid in full, but yet no items.

    I bought the guardian pack in advance to see if the delivery was okay, which it was cus I got that pack instantly. But I'm still waiting for the Hero of the north pack. I am seriously thinking about seeing if I can somehow redo the payment with my bank. I am seriously regretting buying it. I don't want it next weekend, I wanted it this weekend. And if Harean is anything to go on this can take over a month.

    On the account page https://billing.perfectworld.com/history what does it say under status/details?

    Is the transaction complete on PW's side or is it still in a pending status?

    A transaction can be complete on paypal side of the payment but may not be completed yet on the Perfect World side.

    In my billing, only have ZEN i purchase, nothing of founders pack! From part of paypal the purchase is done, but from part of PW its not! PW should give some return in email, and not a automatic message saying "Your question has been received. Due to high ticket volumes at this time, we will respond to your question as soon as possible."

    I receive two e-mails from costume service like that!!!

    Harean u solve your problem?? i had the same problem here for my guardian pack.. Payment complete and i am waiting from 6 day a PW email to finalize the Guardian pack... Same issues on account page.. i can't see if is on pendig or complete... Surely they take my money on 30/05.

    There were a few people in zone chat complaining that their pack objects weren't available yesterday, too.. or in some cases, only available on some characters. There seemed to be a lot of complaining.. another new bug?

    Bought hero of the north yesterday,.. still waiting. Debating if I should just dispute the payment with paypal cause judging by this thread I'm not gonna get it any time soon
